OUR STORY
Sea Level Construction Company was founded on generations of Lowcountry construction experience. With family roots in Charleston, South Carolina dating back to the early 1900s, the Anderson family has played a role in building and shaping coastal communities for more than a century.
Dan Anderson, President of Sea Level Construction Company, has grown the firm into one of the premier construction companies serving Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and the surrounding Lowcountry. Through decades of work across residential and commercial projects, the company has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and a deep understanding of coastal construction.

DAN ANDERSON
President
Born and raised in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, you could say that Dan Anderson has construction in his blood. From a very early age, Dan worked with his grandfather in the family construction business in Charleston, South Carolina. Dan’s tenacious, flexible, professional, and “can-do” attitude is contagious with his staff. Dan’s experience in construction project management and supervising teams in a safe, collaborative environment allow him to be a highly responsible and adaptable team leader. His track record of problem solving, quick thinking, and diplomatically resolving issues also creates loyalty among team members and vendors. With over 30 years of construction experience, Dan excels at effective prioritization allows him to effectively manage several projects and issues simultaneously on time and under budget. Dan’s previous experience as a 200-ton yacht captain also allows him insight into the quality and communication clients seek in the completion of multi-million dollar projects through coordinating trades, negotiating, and building rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients.
